About
Rebecca has sat on the owner's side of over $600M in project volume. Managing adaptive reuse projects for a Columbus owner/brokerage, then as VP of Projects at JLL, alongside running CK Consultants, which she founded in 2018 and has led full-time since 2024.
She knows what a contractor won't tell you, what a lender will ask, and where projects actually go sideways. Not just on budget and schedule, but on design decisions, stakeholder coordination, and execution. On a project, Rebecca works directly for the owner or developer; she's also often brought in by architects, contractors, and other project partners who want the whole team, owner included, staying aligned and making the best decisions together.
